- 100 g sugar
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 60 g unsalted butter
- 1 extra large egg
- 180 ml milk
- Icing and sprinkles, to decorate

Preheat the oven to Th 6 / 180°C / 350°F without convection.

Combine flour and sugar in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Spoon about 7 ml / ±1½ tbsp of mixture into each cavity of two SBF Rings, spreading gently around the center.

Bake for 17 min., or until pale golden and risen. Allow to cool until just warm to touch before gently removing. Cool on a wire rack before decorating.
